3. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders of at least $100. On orders under $100, shipping is a flat-rate of $15.
No Hidden Fees: All shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping generally takes 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays.
6. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

9. Missing Items
Report missing items within 7 business days with your order details. We will investigate and replace or refund missing products.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may be non-returnable.
Return Shipping: Customers cover shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
11. Incorrect Address
Ensure accurate shipping information. LUXX Pet Products is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses. Returned packages will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
